Abstract

Zusammenfassung Virtuelle und hybride Bildungsangebote sind im Gesundheitssystem im Trend. Die veränderte Umwelt für das Ausführen von Heilberufen beziehungsweise für Mitarbeiter des Gesundheitssystems und damit der Pharmaindustrie führen zwangsläufig zur Notwendigkeit, Bildungsangebote für diese Zielgruppe zu transformieren. Bestehende Präsenzformate 1:1 in das Virtuelle übertragen zu wollen, würde den Wünschen und Erwartungen der Zielgruppe nicht gerecht werden. Für Unternehmen und Organisationen bedeutet dies, dass für virtuelle und hybride Bildungsangebote innovatives Denken sowie die Verbindung von Gewohntem mit Neuem unumgänglich sind. Virtuelle Moderationstechnik sowie die Anleitung zum professionellen Bedienen von Programmen stellen nur einen Bestandteil bei der nachhaltigen Transformation des Bildungsangebotes dar. Weitere Teile sind der Rahmen, den ein Unternehmen – übergreifend als Organisation bezeichnet – vorgibt, die Denkmuster, die Haltung und Handlung der Führungskräfte sowie die Motivation der Mitarbeiter.
