Abstract

Zusammenfassung Durch die stetig voranschreitende DigitalisierungDigitalisierung wird in Kraftfahrzeugen immer mehr Technik verbaut. Nach einem Verkehrsunfall werden durch FahrerassistenzsystemeFahrerassistenzsysteme weniger mechanische Formspuren hinterlassen und gleichzeitig digitale Spuren erzeugt, die die „klassischen Unfallspuren“ zunehmend ergänzen. Das ist insbesondere für die Aufnahme von Verkehrsunfällen mit getöteten/schwerstverletzten PersonenVerkehrsunfällen mit getöteten/schwerstverletzten Personen oder nach verbotenen Kraftfahrzeugrennen bedeutend. Hier sind die Crash-bezogenen digitalen Fahrzeugdatendigitalen Fahrzeugdaten ein wesentlicher Baustein der ganzheitlichen, zukunftsorientierten und professionellen VerkehrsunfallaufnahmeVerkehrsunfallaufnahme.
