Abstract

Zusammenfassung In modernen Kraftfahrzeugen ist heute schon eine Vielzahl von Assistenzsystemen verbaut. Sie führen dazu, dass das klassische Spurenbild (z. B. Brems- und Blockierspuren) am Unfallort oftmals nicht mehr vorzufinden ist. An dessen Stelle treten vermehrt digitale Unfallspuren, die unter anderem in den Steuergeräten der Assistenzsysteme gespeichert werden und präzise unfallrelevante Daten liefern. Um diese digitalen Spuren im Rahmen der Verkehrsunfallaufnahme gerichtsverwertbar sichern und auswerten zu können, bedarf es spezieller Technik und spezialisierten Personals. Jedoch ersetzen sie nicht die klassische Verkehrsunfallaufnahme vor Ort. Auch diese gilt es durch den Einsatz modernster Technik (z. B. 3D-Laserscanner, Drohnen) zukunftsfähig zu machen. Denn erst die Kombination mit der Technik sichert den vollständigen Erkenntnisgewinn. Die Einrichtung von VU-Teams soll zu landesweit einheitlichen, hohen Qualitätsstandards bei der polizeilichen Aufnahme ausgewählter Verkehrsunfälle führen.
