Abstract

Zusammenfassung Durch das Programm Polizei 2020Programm Polizei 2020 soll die IT-Architektur der Polizeien des Bundes und der Länder im Sinne der Saarbrücker Agenda aus dem Jahr 2016 vereinheitlicht werden, wodurch insbesondere Einsparungen bei den personellen und finanziellen Ressourcen erwartet werden. Ziel ist es, IT-Anwendungen gemeinsam zu beschaffen, zu entwickeln oder durch einen Programmteilnehmer anderen Teilnehmern möglichst kostenneutral zu überlassen. Die Schwierigkeit liegt nun aber darin, den politischen Willen über die reine Absichtserklärung hinaus in praktisches Handeln und konkrete Maßnahmen umzusetzen. Die partikularen Interessen der einzelnen Teilnehmer spielen jedoch eine nicht unwesentliche Rolle und beeinflussen das Handeln der Verantwortlichen. Angesichts der knapper werdenden Ressourcen ist das Programm Polizei 2020 aber genau der richtige Weg, den die Polizeien des Bundes und Länder zur DigitalisierungDigitalisierung der polizeilichen Arbeit gehen müssen.
