Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der international anerkannte Leistungsstandard unserer Polizei ist getragen von der Qualifizierung ihrer Beschäftigten. Die Polizeiakademie Niedersachsen ist die Schaltzentrale des internen Aus- und Fortbildungssystems. Mit den dort verantworteten Veränderungen entwickelt sich Bildung zu einem ineinandergreifenden lebenslangen Prozess. Sie ist das Fundament einer zukunftsorientiert agierenden Polizei. Dabei wird deutlich, dass sich nicht nur die Lerninhalte, sondern insbesondere das Verständnis von Bildung im Wandel befindet. Bildung muss zunehmend kooperativer und selbstbestimmter gestaltet werden. Kompetenzorientierung rückt in den Vordergrund. In einer von der digitalen Transformation geprägten Arbeitswelt umfasst „Bildung neu zu denken“ weit mehr als Digitales zu integrieren. Diese Transformation in Lern- und im Ergebnis auch Arbeitskultur strategisch wie operativ zu gestalten ist Kernaufgabe eines erfolgreichen Bildungsmanagements.
