Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Autoren skizzieren und differenzieren eingangs verschiedene Arten der Digitalisierung, um anschließend den Transformationsprozess klassischer Präsenzfortbildung hin zu digitalen Angeboten näher zu beleuchten. Dabei werden sowohl die organisatorischen Herausforderungen analysiert als auch die Möglichkeiten und Grenzen digitaler Fortbildung selbst diskutiert.
