Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Umgang mit (potenziell) gefährlichen Personen stellt die Polizei vor große Herausforderungen. Das Erkennen von RisikopersonenRisikopersonen und die Minimierung der von diesen Personen ausgehenden Gefahren fordern ein strukturiertes Vorgehen unter konsequenter Ausnutzung aller Möglichkeiten sowie das Zusammenwirken aller relevanten Behörden und Bedarfsträger. Das Identifizieren und Bewerten solcher Risikopersonen sowie die weitere Bearbeitung der Risikofälle setzen klare Strukturen und Arbeitsabläufe voraus. Der Beitrag beschreibt die Problemstellungen und stellt als Lösungsmöglichkeit die beim Polizeipräsidium Oberbayern Süd 2017 eingerichtete „AG RisikoAG Risiko“ vor, mit deren Einrichtung es gelungen ist, den Umgang mit Risikopersonen weiter zu professionalisieren und von diesen ausgehendes Gefahrenpotenzial so weit wie möglich zu minimieren.
