Abstract

Zusammenfassung Am Trendbegriff der AgilitätAgilität scheint es derzeit kein Vorbeikommen zu geben. Sowohl bei der Projektumsetzung als auch bei der Neugestaltung ganzer Organisationen spielt der Begriff eine immer größer werdende Rolle. Dabei muss sich auch dieser gesamt-methodische Ansatz in der Praxis beweisen. Der Beitrag hat das Ziel, den Trend-Begriff „Agilität“ zu entmystifizieren und für die polizeiliche Arbeit zu operationalisieren. Dabei können agile Grundsätze sowohl für das Projektgeschäft als auch für die Ausgestaltung der allgemeinen Aufbauorganisation Anwendung finden. Polizeiliche Fachlichkeit und IT können im Zuge der DigitalisierungDigitalisierung wirkungsvoll verzahnt werden, große IT- und TransformationsTransformationvorhaben können erfolgreich Ergebnisse liefern. Um diese Chancen nutzen zu können, will der Beitrag auf Basis einer kritischen Auseinandersetzung Leitlinien und Impulse für ein funktionierendes Arbeiten in der Agilität geben.
