Abstract

Zusammenfassung In VUCCA-Zeiten (VUCCA ist ein Akronym für die englischen Begriffe für Volatilität, Unsicherheit, Komplexität, Corona-Risiken (corona-affection) und Mehrdeutigkeit (ambiguity)) ist es riskant und anspruchsvoll, organisatorische Veränderungen, also Reformen, Strategiewechsel oder Reorganisationen durchzuführen. Hinzu kommt eine verstärkte Dynamik von außen, die sich in der Organisation auswirkt. Wandel-(Change-)Vorhaben müssen daher umsichtig und genau geplant werden. Bei der Planung von Veränderungsprozessen ist u. a. zu achten auf ein stimmiges Konzept, ein gutes Timing, das Konzentrieren des Wissens in der Organisation auf das Reformziel, darauf, Ziele mit Augenmaß zu verfolgen, aus den Betroffenen Beteiligte zu machen und auf eine laufende Kommunikation mit den Beteiligten.
