Abstract

Zusammenfassung Extreme Stressoren können zu ernsthaften gesundheitlichen Beeinträchtigungen führen. Aufgrund der hohen Stressbelastung von Einsatzkräften der Polizei sind Resilienz und ein effizientes Stressmanagement für sie von zentraler Relevanz – sowohl für ihre Gesundheit als auch für die erfolgreiche Taktik von Polizeieinsätzen. Ein multimodales Stresstraining, das die kognitive Ebene fokussiert, aber auch auf instrumentellen und regenerativen Ebenen ansetzt, kann Stressbelastungsreaktionen bei Polizeibeamten präventiv entgegenwirken.
