Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Zukunft der Polizei: Wie sieht diese aus? Der Physiker Albert Einstein soll zu diesem Thema gesagt haben: „Ich denke niemals an die Zukunft. Sie kommt früh genug.“ Veränderungsprozesse zielen zwangsläufig auf die Zukunft, wann auch immer sie jeweils beginnt. Wir wissen jedoch nicht definitiv, welchen Einfluss Veränderungen haben werden, oft müssen wir sie auch anpassen oder grundsätzlich korrigieren. Es sind Prozesse. Vor allem mit sogenannten Reformprozessen und -entscheidungen kennt sich die Polizei aus. Mir ist keine andere Verwaltung bekannt, die sich so häufig organisatorisch verändert hat und wiederholt auf den Weg macht, Prozessabläufe neuen Gegebenheiten anzupassen oder zu optimieren.
