Abstract

Zusammenfassung Jeder Polizeieinsatz zur Beseitigung einer Sicherheits- und OrdnungsstörungSicherheits- und Ordnungsstörung oder Verfolgung einer Straftat bedeutet, dass die Sicherheit akut nicht umfassend gewährleistet werden konnte. Der Staat ist seinem SchutzauftragSchutzauftrag nicht nachgekommen. Daher berührt der polizeiliche Opferschutz Fragen gesellschaftlicher Vorstellungen vom Opfer-Sein und der (Selbst-) Positionierung der Polizei. Eine reflektierte Haltung der Polizei bestimmt dabei die Zielrichtung und den Umfang polizeilicher Investitionen in den OpferschutzOpferschutz. Die Autoren geben diesbezüglich theoretische Denkanstöße und praktische Handlungshinweise.
