Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel erhalten Sie die besten Content-Vorlagen und Checklisten für den situativen Content-Praxiseinsatz. Das Jahr 2021 scheint im Marketing ein Kommunikations-Krisenjahr zu sein. Viele Touchpoints wie Messen und Events oder persönliche Kundenbesuche fallen einfach weg. Es gibt allerdings zwei Ausnahmen in der Marketing-Kommunikation, die selbst in diesen erschwerten Zeiten ein Wachstum zu verzeichnen haben. Das sind die Marketing Disziplinen Social-Media und Content-Marketing. Genau diese beiden Bereiche werden jetzt zusammengeführt, um daraus hohe Synergien zu schöpfen. Die Quick-Guide Vorlagen dienen als Arbeitsmittel. Damit gelingt es, strukturiert den situativen Content zu entdecken, aufzubauen und rasch umzusetzen. Es wird deutlich, wie KPIs sehr einfach ermittelt und wirkungsvoll dargestellt werden. Praxisbeispiele verdeutlichen und erleichtern den Umgang bei dieser Thematik.
