Abstract

Zusammenfassung In der traditionellen Makroökonomie wird die Annahme repräsentativer (oder identischer) Individuen als hinreichendes Konzept zur Mikrofundierung der Makroökonomik angesehen. Aus evolutionsökonomischer Sicht ist die Annahme aber höchst problematisch, da insbesondere die Heterogenität von Subjekten und Objekten und somit Strukturen nur begrenzt abgebildet werden kann. Dieser Beitrag verweist auf alternative Ansätze, die das micro-to-macro-Prinzip umsetzen und folglich auch eine Synthese von Mikro- und Makroökonomik befördern. Zu diesen Ansätzen gehören frühe Beiträge u.a. von Eliasson (1991) und Nelson und Winter (1974) sowie insbesondere agentenbasierte Modelle.
