Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die gesamtwirtschaftliche Entwicklung in Aggregatgrößen mit dynamischen Modellen empfiehlt innovative Modifikationen und Korrekturen. Kurzfristig latente Innovationen erfordern eine Berücksichtigung a) bei der Ex-post-Wissensbasierung dynamischer Makromodelle und b) bei der Voraussicht eines jeweils nächsten Schrittes von „Step-Cycles“ in die Zukunft. Ausgangspunkt ist das Bruttoinlandsprodukt (vgl. Abschn. 2). Dazu werden zwei Vorgehensweisen der Makroökonomik untersucht: phänomenologisch (vgl. Abschn. 3) und kybernetisch (vgl. Abschn. 4). Beide Wege sind problematisch, weshalb die Analyse auf eine „einperiodige Stützel-Raabe-Konzeption“ hinausläuft. Von einigen Einzelaspekten (vgl. Abschn. 6 bis Abschn. 8) sind zwei vorab hervorzuheben: (a) Makroökonomik sollte nur Variablen und Rechenverfahren verwenden, die einer Quantifizierung und rechentechnischen Handhabung zugänglich sind. (b) Die inkonsistente Kapitaldefinition zwingt zu einigen nur partiellen Umschreibungen von Wachstumsimpulsen (vgl. Abschn. 9). Ausführliche Bemerkungen (vgl. Abschn. 10) folgen zum Schluss.
