Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel wird das Plena-Leadership-Modell vorgestellt, das aus drei Bereichen besteht und sich über die Zeit dynamisch verändert. Der Kernbereich besteht aus dem Selbstführen (Self-LeadershipSelf-Leadership) mit seinen Führungskompetenzbereichen. Daraus entwickeln sich acht wichtige Rollen und VerantwortungsbereicheVerantwortungsbereich der Führungskraft im Kontext mit anderen Stakeholdern (Environment-LeadershipEnvironment-Leadership). Diese strahlenförmig dargestellten Bereiche prägen dann letztendlich den dritten Führungsbereich, die FührungskulturFührungskultur (Culture-LeadershipCulture-Leadership), die über die Zeit hinweg immer stärker ausgebildet wird. Themen dieses Kapitels sind: Authentizität, Empathie, Employer Branding, Führungserfahrung, Führungskompetenzen, Holistisches Leadership, Leadership Culture, Lebenslanges Lernen (LLL), Plena-Leadership, Selbstmanagement, Self-Leadership.
