Abstract

Zusammenfassung Verschiedene Führungsstile werden vorgestellt. Die gesamte Bandbreite von Einflussfaktoren auf den Führungsstil, sowohl interne wie externe als auch intrinsische und extrinsische, werden vermittelt. Das Spektrum des Einsatzes möglicher Führungsstile wird dargestellt. Die grundlegenden drei Messgrößen guten Führens sind AuthentizitätAuthentizität, situatives Anpassen und Nachhaltigkeit des Führungsstils. Der Aufbau von Vertrauen, die Flexibilität und die Einschätzbarkeit anderer sowie die ErwartungshaltungErwartungshaltung der Führungskraft an andere in einem höchst dynamischen Umfeld sind essenziell. Nur wer diese Eigenschaften spiegeln kann, wird eine gute Führungskraft. Die Abgrenzung vom Leader zum Manager ist wichtig, um Führung von reinem Management zu unterscheiden, da eine Führungskraft beide Rollen einnimmt. Themen dieses Kapitels sind: AusbildungskulturAusbildungskultur, Authentizität, Autokratischer Führungsstil, Blake-Mouton-Modell, Demokratischer Führungsstil, Einflussfaktoren, Führungsstil-Portfolio, Hersey-Blanchard-Modell, KPI, Laissez-faire-Führungsstil, Manager versus Leader, Nachhaltigkeit, Kulturdimensionen, Persönlichkeit, Situatives Führen, Sozialisierung.
