Abstract

Zusammenfassung Verantwortungsvolles Handeln kennt viele Dimensionen. Aber warum soll es die entscheidende Kategorie für das Marketing sein? In diesem Artikel ordnen wir die Kategorie Verantwortung für das operative Marketing ein und zeigen anhand des Modells „Triadisches Marketing®“ und der Gamechanger-Workshops auf, wie Unternehmen verantwortungsvolles Handeln als Grundlage erfolgreichen Marketings konkret nutzbar machen.
