Abstract

Zusammenfassung Disruptive Veränderungen intensivieren den Wettbewerb auf etablierten Märkten und darüber hinaus. Um im Rennen um Disruption („Disruption-Rennen“) erfolgreich zu sein, müssen Unternehmen neue Entwicklungen frühzeitig erkennen, sie als relevant (als Bedrohung oder Möglichkeit) wahrnehmen und eine entsprechende Ressourcenzufuhr in Disruptionsprojekte ermöglichen, die dann weitestgehend unabhängig vom bestehenden Geschäft neue Innovation ausprobieren und letztlich kommerzialisieren können.
