Abstract

Der folgende Beitrag widmet sich dem Umwandlungssteuerrecht, das zusammen mit dem Körperschaftsteuerrecht stets Teil der wissenschaftlichen und praktischen Tätigkeit von Rainer Heurung war. Zahlreich hat Rainer Heurung hierzu publiziert. Die heutige Fassung des Umwandlungssteuergesetzes stammt aus 2006 und ist seitdem weitgehend unverändert geblieben. Wesentlichen Einfluss auf die Praxis hatte das in 2011 zum Umwandlungssteuergesetz ergangene BMF-Schreiben („Umwandlungssteuererlass“). Der folgende Beitrag greift aus dem Forschungsgebiet „Umwandlungssteuerrecht“ von Rainer Heurung praktisch bedeutsame Einzelfragen zur wissenschaftlichen Diskussion auf.
