Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im Zusammenhang mit der in jüngster Zeit intensiv diskutierten Diversitythematik ist eine deutliche Zunahme der Sensibilität für kulturell bedingte Unterschiede zu konstatieren. Das zeigt sich sicher darin, dass überall Fach- und Führungskräfte nicht mehr nur im Heimatland der Unternehmen und Organisationen gesucht werden, sondern europa- und weltweit. Englisch als Lingua Franca und die Zunahme an ausreichend bis guten Englischkenntnissen im Bereich von Fach- und Führungskräften beschleunigen diesen Trend. Es zählen primär die fachlichen Qualifikationen, zu dem einschlägige Berufserfahrungen und Kompetenzen im Sinne von Schlüsselqualifikationen wie Organisationskompetenz, Teamkompetenz, Sozialkompetenz, kommunikative Kompetenz sowie psycho-soziale Belastbarkeit, Auslandserfahrungen und Ähnliches gehören.
