Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Brücke zur Überwindung des Interessengegensatzes zwischen Kapital und Arbeit hat zwei Stützpfeiler: Die partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit im Unternehmen und die Teilhabe der Beschäftigten am Produktivkapital. Der technologische Wandel hat seit Beginn der Industrialisierung immer neue Anforderungen an die Organisation der Zusammenarbeit in den Unternehmen hervorgebracht, die die ehemals untergeordnete Stellung des Faktors Arbeit zunehmend aufwertet. Im Hinblick auf mehr Mitarbeiterkapitalbeteiligung und Vermögensbildung in Arbeitnehmerhand gibt es demgegenüber noch erheblichen Handlungsbedarf – bei den Unternehmen, den Sozialpartnern und der Politik.
