Abstract

Zusammenfassung Verhandeln ist Kunst und Handwerk gleichermaßen, Wissenschaft und Praxis. Verhandeln findet in vielen Dimensionen und Anwendungsbereichen statt. Es ist kein in sich geschlossenes System, unveränderbar für alle Zeiten, sondern entwickelt sich mit der Wirklichkeit ständig weiter. Zeit also, dass wir Verhandler uns über die Perspektiven unseres Business austauschen.
