Abstract

Zusammenfassung In einer Phase, in der digitale Prozesse in der täglichen Arbeitspraxis auch in Museen eine immer wichtigere Rolle einnehmen, wirkte die Pandemie wie ein Brennglas, welches den Stand der jeweiligen Institution auf dem Weg zur digitalen Transformation grell beleuchtete. In Baden-Württemberg sind die Staatlichen Museen durch Förderprogramme auf diesem Weg begleitet worden. Auch mit der bereits vorhandenen zentralen Finanzbuchhaltung und der gerade erfolgten Einrichtung eines Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystems für die Behörden des Landes waren bereits wichtige Schritte absolviert, um bei Beachtung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien in der Covid-19-Situation mobiles Arbeiten auf zentralen Servern zu ermöglichen. Am Beispiel des TECHNOSEUM in Mannheim sollen solche Prozesse im Detail nun nachverfolgt und mit Blick auf die Zukunft analysiert werden.
