Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die schnellen Veränderungen von wirtschaftlichen Rahmenbedingungen, Technologien, Nutzungsgewohnheiten und individuellen Kundenansprüchen erfordern flexible und widerstandsfähige Strategien, um einen langfristigen Unternehmenserfolg zu sichern. Die Strategieentwicklung ist komplex und oftmals vergehen Monate oder Jahre, bis eine fertige Strategie von allen Mitarbeitenden verstanden und erfolgreich umgesetzt wird. Der Artikel beschreibt, wie ein Unternehmen mit Hilfe von Visualisierungstechniken und einer emotionalen Bildsprache Führungskräfte, Beschäftigte und die Kundschaft von Anfang an mit ins Boot holen kann, um neue Geschäfts- oder Servicemodelle kollaborativ zu entwickeln, für einen strategischen Mehrwert in der Umsetzung.
