Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Kapitel liefert eine Best Practice, wie aus einem Geschäftsplan im Jahr 2009 ein eigener Dienstleistungsbereich entwickelt wurde. Die Herausforderungen der Transformation von einem Komponentenhersteller zu einem Lösungsanbieter mit einem Dienstleistungsangebot werden dabei ebenso beschrieben wie Erfahrungen, die bei der Personal- und Dienstleistungsentwicklung sowie dem Vertrieb von Dienstleistungen gemacht wurden. Die Best Practice versteht sich als Ergänzung zu den anderen Kapiteln in diesem Buch.
