Abstract

Zusammenfassung Informationssysteme bilden die Grundlage aller datenverarbeitenden Tätigkeiten in Unternehmen. Für den vollintegrierten Handel mit Kapazitäten ist daher grundsätzlich eine Vernetzung aller Informationssysteme notwendig, welche an den kapazitätsspezifischen Prozessen beteiligt sind. Um eine marktnahe Plattform entwickeln zu können, ist eine Bestandsaufnahme von verbreiteten Informationssystemen notwendig. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)-Systeme stellen dabei die am meisten verbreitete Form von Informationssystemen dar und bilden daher die Grundlage für viele Unternehmen. Als Zielgruppen des integrierten Handels wurden insbesondere kleine und mittelständische Unternehmen (KMU) definiert, sodass insbesondere KMU-spezialisierte ERP-Systeme untersucht werden. Da allerdings insbesondere produzierende Unternehmen auf Zusatzlösungen wie Produktionsplanungssysteme (PPS) zurückgreifen, sind diese ebenfalls Gegenstand der Untersuchung. Im Rahmen dieses Kapitels wird entsprechend ein breites Spektrum von Informationssystemen auf seine systemspezifischen Produktions- und Produktionsplanungsprozesse sowie auf ihre Integrationsfähigkeit durch Datenaustauschschnittstellen untersucht.
