Abstract

Zusammenfassung Trends wie die Sharing Economy verändern derzeit etablierte Industrien wie Gastgewerbe oder Transport. Damit entstehen neue Geschäftsmodelle, die für den Erfolg dieser Marktplätze von hoher Relevanz sind. In diesem Kapitel soll ein Geschäftsmodelldesign für einen Marktplatzanbieter zum Handel additiver Fertigungskapazitäten entwickelt werden. Ein möglichst effizienter Abgleich von Angebot undNachfrage erfordert eine ausreichende Anzahl von Plattformnutzern, weshalb die Kundengewinnung durch ein geeignetes Geschäftsmodell entscheidend ist. Das in diesem Kapitel entwickelte theoriegestützte Framework bietet die Grundlage für das Referenz-Geschäftsmodell mit den drei Elementen Nutzenversprechen, Wertschöpfungsstruktur und Ertragsmechanik.
