Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieser Beitrag schlägt die Brücke zwischen den Forschungserkenntnissen zum Thema verantwortlicher Führung und Erfahrungen bei der Arbeit im digitalen Raum. Beide Themenbereiche nehmen im Kontext gesellschaftlicher Herausforderungen und aktueller Veränderungsprozesse in Unternehmen und Gesellschaft eine herausragende Stellung ein, sind bis anhin aber noch nicht verbunden. Wir fassen zusammen, was „Responsible Leadership“ bedeutet und welche Qualitäten verantwortliches Führen braucht. Wir beschreiben im Kontext eines konkreten, computergestützten Dialogprozesses für die Südafrikanische Regierung und an dem dafür entwickelten IT-Werkzeug, welche Qualitäten verantwortlicher Führung von besonderer Bedeutung für komplexe Veränderungsprozesse sind. Dadurch wird ein Weg skizziert hin zu „Digital Responsible Leadership“ im Kontext aktueller Herausforderungen in Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft – zur dialogischen Führungsverantwortung im Zeitalter der Digitalisierung.
