Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das erwartet Sie in diesem Kapitel: Überlegungen zum Thema Strategie sind Ihnen in diesem Buch bislang in jedem Kapitel begegnet. Von daher möchte ich Ihnen auf den folgenden Seiten einen abschließenden Überblick über das Thema geben. Die Anwendung von Strategien hat unzweifelhaft Vorteile. Ich möchte Sie aber auch auf die Probleme hinweisen, die sich aus einem sehr engen und rigiden Strategie-Verständnis ergeben können. Alternativ dazu möchte ich Ihnen die evolutionäre Planung vorstellen: Ein Vorgehen in 8 Schritten, mit dem Sie sehr ziel- und ergebniseffizient handeln und sich gleichzeitig möglichst viele Optionen offenhalten. Sie lernen Beispiele kennen für die in diesem Buch noch nicht angesprochenen strategischen Optionen „Nachgeben“ und „Ausweichen“ und machen sich den Zusammenhang bewusst, der zwischen dem Interesse an den eigenen und den Verhandlungszielen des Gegenübers sowie der Wahl der Verhandlungsstrategie besteht. Das versetzt Sie in die Lage, die Strategie-Klaviatur souverän für Ihre Ziele zu nutzen.
