Abstract

Zusammenfassung Viele erfahrene Controller fühlen sich von den aktuellen Entwicklungen im Bereich „künstliche Intelligenz“ überrollt. Dabei gibt es gute Gründe selbstbewusst festzustellen, dass wesentliche Beiträge möglich, ja notwendig sind, um dem Projekt zum Erfolg zu verhelfen. Es ist nicht der frühe Start, die Spezialisierung schon in der Ausbildung, sondern der breite Erfahrungsschatz und die vielfältigen, praktischen Erfahrungen die den Unterschied ausmachen. Wo es klare Muster und einfache Lösungen gibt reüssieren Spezialisten, in einer immer komplexeren Welt sind andere, vielfältigere Kenntnisse erfolgsentscheidend. Über diese verfügen nicht Berufsanfänger und Fachspezialisten, sondern erfahrene Controller.
