Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die (Pre-) Seed-Phase umfasst den Zeitraum vor dem eigentlichen Gründungsakt. In diesem Stadium fassen die Gründer den Gründungsentschluss und erstellen das Unternehmenskonzept sowie den Businessplan. Wichtige Entscheidungen bezüglich Standort und Rechtsform des Start-ups sind zu treffen. Insbesondere haben die Gründer die Finanzierungsmöglichkeiten abzuwägen und erste Investitionen zum Start des Unternehmens zu tätigen. Schließlich sind die berufliche und wirtschaftliche Existenz der Gründer zu bedenken und entsprechende Entscheidungen zu treffen.
