Abstract

Zusammenfassung Sophie Chung ist Gründerin und CEO von Qunomedical. Die studierte Medizinerin stieg nach ihrem Studium bei der Unternehmensberatung McKinsey ein und arbeitete hauptsächlich als Beraterin für den Healthcare-Bereich. Schnell erkannte sie die Potenziale, die durch die fortschreitende Digitalisierung des Gesundheitssystem entstehen. Nach 5 Jahren in der Beratung wechselte sie daher zum New Yorker Start-up Zocdoc und wurde dort zur rechten Hand des CEO’s Oliver Kharraz. 2015 gründete sie mit Qunomedical eine Plattform, die die weltweite medizinische Versorgung besser und gerechter machen will, indem Behandlungen vermittelt werden.
