Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wenn in diesem Kapitel von „Motivation UND Compliance“ die Rede sein soll, dann geht es darum, aufzuzeigen, wie über zielgerichtete Motivation Compliance im Unternehmen erfolgreich umgesetzt und nachhaltig gewährleistet werden kann und welche Probleme und Komplikationen dieser zielgerichteten Motivation begegnen. Insbesondere das Aufgabengebiet Compliance ist aufgrund seiner speziellen Thematik besonders geeignet, die vielfältigen, teilweise konträren Motivationslagen in einem Unternehmen darzustellen und ihr Zusammenwirken bzw. nicht-Zusammenwirken zu erläutern. Dazu soll zunächst das Thema Compliance inhaltlich kurz dargestellt werden.
