Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Kostenkontrolle im System der flexiblen Plan-Kostenrechnung ist Teil der Steuerung des Wertschöpfungsprozesses. In allen Phasen der Wertschöpfung, von der Beschaffung über die Fertigung bis zum Vertrieb und den administrativen Bereichen, können Entscheidungsprobleme während der Durchführung des Wertschöpfungsprozesses auftreten. Sie erfordern Informationen über kurzfristig realisierbare Anpassungsmaßnahmen, mit denen der Plan-Erfolg bis zum Ende der Periode erreichbar ist. Diese Informationen werden durch die Kontrollrechnung generiert. Die kontinuierliche Kostenkontrolle ist die Voraussetzung für eine erfolgswirksame Maßnahmenanpassung während der Plan-Umsetzung.
