Abstract

Zusammenfassung „Druck“ stellt eine besondere Gefahr dar. Daher war bereits ab 29.05.2002 die EG-Richtlinie 97/23/EG verbindlich anzuwenden. Da sich einige Randbedingungen durch das NLF geändert haben, wurde eine Novellierung notwendig und die Richtlinie wurde überarbeitet. Seit dem 19.07.2016 ist nun die EU-Richtlinie 2014/68/EU, allgemein als „Druckgeräterichtlinie“ (DGRL, engl.: Pressure Equipment Directive, PED) bezeichnet, eine verbindlich anzuwendende Produktvorschrift. In diesem Abschnitt wird grundlegendes Basiswissen zur DGRL beschrieben.
