Abstract

Zusammenfassung Auch für Beratungen im Bereich der Wirtschaftsförderung können einschlägige Handlungsempfehlungen zu einer effizienteren und strukturierteren Beratungssituation führen. Der vorliegende Beitrag möchte hier erste Impulse geben. Dazu werden zunächst die Arten der Beratung sowie ein adäquates Beratungsumfeld thematisiert. Im Zentrum der Abhandlung stehen der Beratungsprozess und verschiedene Frage- und Beratungstechniken. Weiterhin werden zahlreiche für die Beratung im Kontext der Wirtschaftsförderung relevante digitale Informationsquellen genannt und eine Unterstützung von Beratungen durch den Einsatz von Customer-Relationship-Management (CRM)-Systemen vorgestellt.
