Abstract

Zusammenfassung Vorgeschlagen wird ein Fragebogen, welcher Unternehmen, die sich am jeweiligen Standort ansiedeln, einordnet und bewertet. Die ausgewählten Kriterien sind wissenschaftlich begründet und belegt. Eine intensive Befassung mit den umfangreichen wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen zu diesem Thema und deren Anwendung in strategischer Kombination mit institutionalisierter Informationsvermittlung an Stakeholder kann eine Steuerung des Standortes in Richtung vereinbarter Ziele befördern. Die tieferen und wissenschaftlich fundierten Erkenntnisse können nachgehalten und auch auf Bestandsunternehmen angewendet werden. Ein Fragebogen, der angemessen umfassend Kriterien abfragt und bewertet liefert Entscheidern in der Verwaltung, Politik und Bürgern ein Parameterset zur Steuerung und zur Beobachtung der Entwicklungen und Transformationen am Standort.
