Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die COVID19 Pandemie lenkt den weltweiten gesellschaftlichen Fokus derzeit auf sog. infektionsepidemiologische Lagen, worunter auch Pandemien fallen. Ferner hat die Geschichte bis dato eine ganze Reihe von Infektionswellen hervorgebracht, die sich in Form einer Katastrophe manifestiert haben (z. B. die Spanische Grippe). Ansätze zur Reduzierung der Schäden aus Katastrophen liefert die Disziplin des Katastrophenmanagements, wobei (neue) Informationssysteme maßgeblich zu dessen Erfolg beitragen können. Im Falle einer pandemie-bedingten Katastrophe kommen zudem eine ganze Reihe verschiedener Informationssysteme zum Einsatz. Es liegt daher eine Informationssystemlandschaft vor, die es vor diesem Hintergrund sinnvoll bereitzustellen gilt. Dieser Beitrag entwickelt dazu ein erstes generisches Anlaufkonzept, welches sich auf das Katastrophenmanagement, die Epidemiologie, die humanitären Informationslogistik sowie das Anlaufmanagement stützt.
