Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Vergütung von Zustellern erfolgt seit der Einführung des regulären Mindestlohns in 2018 nicht mehr auf Stückbasis, d. h. der von einem Zusteller oder einer Zustellerin verteilten Menge an Printmedien, sondern auf Grundlage der jeweils geleisteten Arbeitszeit. Hierdurch änderte sich die Entlohnungsstruktur für Zeitungszusteller in Deutschland grundlegend. Um eine angemessene Entlohnung der Zusteller zu gewährleisten und um die zu erwartenden Distributionskosten bestimmen zu können, sind neue Konzepte bei der Distribution von Printmedien erforderlich. Die vorliegende Arbeit erörtert daher erforderliche Anpassungsmaßnahmen für die taktische und operative Distributionsplanung von Printmedien bei der Hauszustellung. Hierfür wird die grundlegende Vertriebsstruktur von Printmedien beschrieben sowie der Aufbau einer Verlags-Vertriebsabteilung vorgestellt und auf die Zusammenhänge zwischen der Versandabteilung und der Vertriebslogistik eingegangen. Nach einem Überblick zur Struktur des Distributionsprozesses werden die Entscheidungsebenen der Distribution, in Form der Zustelldistriktbildung, der Standortwahl der Ablagestellen und der Tourenplanung der Hauszustellung, erläutert. Abschließend wird eine Netzwerkmodellierung des Planungsproblems vorgestellt sowie ein Fallbeispiel gegeben.
