Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kunden sind offensichtlich für dich und dein Unternehmen essenziell: sie sind Interessenten, Käufer und sprechen letztendlich positiv über dein Unternehmen und dein Angebot, sind also für dich eine Art Botschafter. Ohne Kunden verschwindet dein Unternehmen vom Markt. In diesem Kapitel schauen wir uns an, was zu beachten ist, wenn du ihnen dein Angebot präsentierst. Dabei gehen wir auch auf Unterschiede zwischen dem B2B- und dem B2C-Bereich ein.
