Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel wird eine Reihe von fundamentalen Prinzipien eines sozialkonstruktivistischen Leaderships dargestellt, die wir in einem Kontext der sozialen Beeinflussung und der Ko-Konstruktion von Realitäten situieren. Diese Prinzipien sind als Orientierungsrahmen zu verstehen, auf den ein Leader sein Verhalten und Handeln aufbauen sollte, um ein effizientes Leadershipvorgehen für sich selbst, seine Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen sowie seine Organisation zu konzipieren: Ko-Konstruktion, Sinngenerierung, Komplexität, Emergenz, Kontingenz, Relativismus, Subjektivität, Situiertheit, situierte Kognitionen, Ressourcenmanagement, Reflexivität, Viabilität, Problemlösung, Modellierung, Diskursivität, Gruppenzentrierung, ko-konstruktive Sinngenerierung.
