Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem zweiten Kapitel positionieren wir den Bereich des Leaderships innerhalb des Fachgebiets der Psychologie. Wir stellen dazu in Kaskadenform den Werdegang von der wissenschaftlichen Psychologie, über die Wirtschaftspsychologie und dem Organisational Behaviour bis hin zum Leadership als psychologisches Unterfangen nach. Wir definieren diese Wissenschaftsfelder sowie ihre wichtigsten Begrifflichkeiten, wir beschreiben ihre Strukturelemente und zeigen ihre jeweilige Historie sowie ihre wissenschaftliche Fundierung auf. Zur Illustration dieses Werdegangs referieren wir die wichtigsten psychologischen Forscher und ihre Theorien, die Paradigmen und Weltbilder, die sich in diesem Bereich im Laufe der letzten 150 Jahre entwickelt haben.
