Abstract

Zusammenfassung Als Einleitung für das gesamte Buch wird in diesem ersten Kapitel darauf hingewiesen, dass sowohl der erfolgreiche Psychologe als auch der effiziente Leader sich nicht nur in der Fachliteratur auskennen sollten, sondern sich auch für das menschliche Dasein – die Conditio Humana – interessieren müssten, das sie aus den Romanen und Theaterstücken der Weltliteratur entnehmen können. Die Gesamtheit dieser literarischen Werke zeigt auf eine sehr illustrative und einprägsame Art und Weise, wie Menschen in spezifischen Kontexten funktionieren, wie sie denken und handeln. Die psychologisch interessierten Personen erhalten durch die Lektüre dieser exemplarisch und modellhaft wirkenden Darstellungen von komplizierten und komplexen Protagonisten ein erweitertes Verständnis der vielzitierten menschlichen Seele. Der Leser kann aus diesen Werken hilfreiche Empfehlungen und positive Lehren für das eigene persönliche und berufliche Dasein ableiten.
