Abstract

Zusammenfassung Nachhaltigkeit ist ein kaufentscheidungsrelevantes Kriterium sowohl im stationären Handel als auch im E-Commerce, wo die Nachhaltigkeit des Warenübergangs für Kunden von besonderer Bedeutung ist. Die sogenannte letzte Meile ist zugleich ein wichtiger Positionierungsfaktor und in Anbetracht der zunehmenden Paketlast eine große Herausforderung. Darüber hinaus eröffnen die unterschiedlichen Ausgestaltungsmöglichkeiten der letzten Meile (z. B. Hauslieferung, Click and Collect, Paketstationen) Händlern im E-Commerce neue Möglichkeiten, den Warenübergang nachhaltiger zu gestalten und die Nachhaltigkeit der Zustellverfahren als Positionierungsmerkmal im Wettbewerb zu verwenden.
