Regionale, resiliente Ernährungssysteme – am Beispiel der Region Freiburg

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Um die Ernährungsresilienz auf kommunaler Ebene zu erhöhen, wurden bei einer Untersuchung an der Hochschule für Forstwirtschaft Rottenburg in der Region Freiburg im Breisgau verschiedene Akteure des Ernährungssystems nach Hemmnissen, Forderungen, Möglichkeiten sowie Zielvorstellungen befragt. Die Ergebnisse der Interviews zeigen, dass für ein regional-resilientes Ernährungssystem insbesondere die Diversität in Anbau, Betriebsformen und Vermarktungsstrukturen von Bedeutung sind, da es dadurch auch zu einer erhöhten Redundanz in Krisenfällen kommt. Letztere wird vor allem auch durch die vielfach genannte Integrierung regionaler in nationale oder globale Strukturen erhöht.
