Abstract

Zusammenfassung Nicht immer ist das, wonach mir gerade (körperlich) ist, auch das, was mir meine Vernunft empfehlen müsste, würde ich nur darüber nachdenken. Wie komme ich aus der Falle heraus, die mir die Dualität ‚Kopf‘ und ‚Bauch‘ häufig stellt? Wer zwingt mich, auf jeden ‚groben Klotz‘ meinen ‚groben Keil‘ zu setzen? Was verliere und was gewinne ich, wenn ich meinem (animalischen) ‚Bauch‘ die Regie entziehe, um sie meiner Ratio anzuvertrauen? Der metaphorische ‚Bauch‘ ist ja letztlich nichts anderes ist, als das stammesgeschichtliche physikochemische Reaktionsprogramm auf feindselige Situationen in der Welt unserer Vorvorfahren. Aber ich lebe heute in völlig anderen Bedingungen, die andere Umgangsformen zulassen, gar empfehlen, die unser Vorgehen souverän zu besseren Ergebnissen führen helfen. Hierzu gibt es Wegweisungen, die nicht sehr vielen Zeitgenossen zugänglich oder gar geläufig sind: z. B. Gutheitsunterstellung und Nutzung positiver Reziprozität.
