Abstract

Zusammenfassung Was wir von unseren Mitmenschen halten, ist uns meist hinreichend klar und selten erleben wir da wirkliche Überraschungen. Da unsere Partner vergleichbar erfahrungsbasierte Eindrücke von uns haben, regeln diese gegenseitigen Bilder voneinander wesentlich unsere Beziehungen und was wir uns miteinander oder gegeneinander zutrauen und zumuten. Wie wir in konkreten Situationen agieren und reagieren, entscheidet wesentlich, ob und wie wir geachtet werden, und wie wir in der Sache vorankommen. Dieses Kapitel schafft Einsichten in die diffizilen Grundlagen unserer Beziehungen und die überschaubare Stilseite unserer Interaktionen.
