Abstract

Zusammenfassung Überfluss und Hungersnot, Hochtechnologie und Strohhütten, Universtätsklinikum und Medizinmann sind Phänomene einer kaum zu verantwortenden Unvergleichlichkeit gegenwärtiger Lebensverhältnisse, und das in einer historischen Lage, in der die Menschheit über diesen Globus entscheidet. Wie lassen sich – friedfertig, konstruktiv und verantwortlich – gedeihliche, für alle eine lebenswerte Existenz vorsehende Umstände schaffen, wenn doch die Staaten dieser Welt derzeit so krass unterschiedliche Möglichkeiten bereit stellen? Die Idee, Staaten der sog. ‚Ersten‘ mit solchen der ‚Dritten Welt‘ in freiwilligen Patenschaften zu gegenseitigem, alle bereicherndem Austausch zusammenzuführen, ließe sich zu einem Konzept gestalten, das ausschließlich nützliche Seiten entwickelt.
