Abstract

Zusammenfassung Forciert durch die COVID-19-Pandemie erleben wir eine historische Umwälzung der systemrelevanten Leitindustrie Mobilität. Während sich für den Automobilbereich massive und nachhaltige Absatzeinbrüche abzeichnen, zeigt sich die Mikromobilität als relativ krisensicher und wachstumsfähig. Doch insbesondere bei Fahrrädern und E-Bikes gibt es strukturelle Defizite im Handel. Für Marktakteure bietet sich die Chance, strategisches Management aktiv zu betreiben und die Krise als Katalysator für eine Technisierung des Handels zu nutzen. Um die Entscheidungsbasis für eine strategische Neuausrichtung zu stärken, beleuchtet dieser Beitrag die theoretische Einbettung des E-Commerce in das strategische Management.
